- CE501 INTRODUCTION TO CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: This course provides an examination of the Biblical precepts for such a discipline. Involves the student in actual “how to” projects.
- CE503 THE MINISTER/DIRECTOR OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: The role of the Christian educator as head of the educational ministry of the local assembly. This includes an introduction to administrative and management techniques as applied to the Christian education ministry.
- CE504 PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: A thorough examination of the various methods and means by which Christian education is delivered to the church.
- CE510 PHILOSOPHY OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: Provides students with opportune to examine biblical passages and past/current Christian educational philosophies as they develop their own philosophy of Christian Education. Should be taken toward the end of the student's educational ministry
- CE511 HISTORY AND THEOLOGY OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION: A study of the historical development of educational thought and expression with emphasis placed on the emerging educational theories and practices which have influenced Christian education in the U.S
- CE512 TEACHING METHODS: An examination of the principles of teaching and learning. It allows the student to put these principles into practice in their ministry (6 Units)
- CE513 EDUCATIONAL MINISTRY OF THE CHURCH: This course acquaints the student with the entire educational structure of the local church. Contains methods and principles of the educational ministry
- CE516 CHRISTIAN EDUCATION POSITION PAPER: The writing of the student's own philosophy of Christian Education is purposed here. This course should be taken toward the end of the educational experience.
- CE518 CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT: Evaluation, selection, and development of materials for use in the curriculum of the local church.
- CE611 BIBLE TEACHING METHODS: A study of teaching based on evidence found in the Bible.
- CE613 CHRISTIAN EDUCATION OF CHILDREN: A study of child development with implications for Christian instruction. Organizations for children in grades one through six will be considered.
- CE614 CHRISTIAN EDUCATION OF YOUTH: Provides extensive guidance in helping student and churches develop effective Youth Ministries. Assists in the identification of problems facing youth daily. Provides approaches whereby churches can provide opportunities for youth spiritual growth and service.
- CE615 CHRISTIAN EDUCATION OF ADULTS: Provides guidelines for students to develop a credible Christian educational ministry for adults. Deals with factors related to maturity and service for adult believers.
- CE621 SPIRITUAL LIFE AND MOBILIZATION: An intensive study of the imperative for Christian service.
